Homecoming

A new season in the ski resort town, and Whistler celebrates with the grand opening of the Beck McKaye Training Facility. Quinn returns home from university to attend the dedication to his brother and discovers that, while everything else is different, his feelings for Carrie are as strong as always.

Blindside

Quinn fights for a spot on the Whistler snowboard team and is sideswiped when he finds out that Carrie may have moved on. Carrie's torn with a choice between rekindling things with Quinn or taking a chance on her new, charming boyfriend, Griff.
Adrien's nemesis, Jada, tightens the screws of her control over the resort, forcing Adrien to take drastic action. Jen fights not to act on her attraction to her new lodger, Derek - a hot, young cop only a few years older than her son.
Ryan's winning at the casino, but losing at life. After getting beaten to a pulp by a gang of thugs who couldn't win at the tables, Ryan's forced to reassess his life and realizes there's one thing missing: Nicole. Given their history, Nicole's twice shy, but will she realize her true feelings before it's too late?


Hazed and Confused

Quinn's commitment to the snowboard team is put to the test during the club's hazing ritual, Hell Week. The team's star boarder, Travis, would like nothing better than to see him quit. As if that wasn't bad enough, Quinn discovers that his mother is having a secret affair with Derek.
Carrie and her roommate, Leah, struggle to make ends meet when their former roommate takes off with the rent. Carrie's new boyfriend, Griff, steps up to help out while Nicole tries to walk the fine line of respecting Carrie's independence and being her big sis.
Adrien tries to woo a foreign investor so he can regain control of Varland Resort, but his scheme looks doomed to fail when he comes up against Jada's new weapon - Ryan. Jada has not only hired Ryan back at the resort to keep tabs on Adrien, but she's given him Adrien's old job.

Passion Plays

Quinn tries to get over Carrie by getting back into the dating scene and who better to help him than Leah? But is Leah interested in being more than just a wing-man? And what's Quinn going to do when a girl he's dating turns into a stalker?
After promising Nicole that he wouldn't tell Carrie the truth about her lineage, Adrien finds more creative methods for getting to know her, including offering Griff sponsorship from Varland Gear.
Nicole uses a charity art auction at the resort as an excuse to meet a local artist she admires, Elias Noth, only to discover that he's not only brilliant and talented but also a drop-dead gorgeous pain-in-the-butt. Nicole turns on the charm to secure a donation for the auction, but in spite of his acerbic attitude what she wants is much more than art.


Always a Bridesmaid

Quinn, Griff and Travis go on a backcountry boarding trip that leaves Travis injured. Quinn stays behind to take care of Travis while Griff gets help, but as night descends, the temperature plummets and fog socks in the mountain. Though a rescue seems impossible, Ryan refuses to stand idly by and risks his life to try and rescue his nephew. While Quinn struggles to survive, his friends and family can only wait, terrified the mountain will claim another McKaye.

Out of Bounds

In the wake of almost dying on the mountain, Quinn has a newfound lust for life - giving his friends and family another kind of scare. Meanwhile, Carrie and Adrien grow closer, and the more she gets to know him the closer she gets to a secret she might not be ready to know.
Wracked with guilt over her kiss with Peter, Jen struggles with the decision to tell Derek. But is she worried about telling Derek the truth or that the kiss meant more than she's willing to admit?
Nicole tries to get intimate with Elias only to find his trepidation insurmountable. Unwilling to accept defeat, she keeps trying, but just when she thinks she's pushed through the wall she finds out she's only pushing him away.


Family Ties

Reeling from the discovery that she's a Varland, Carrie slips into a funk. Leah, determined to lift her spirits, enters Carrie in the Forty-Eight Hour Filmmaking Face Off. But when her film forces her to look closely at the relationships in her life, Carrie has to consider Adrien in a new light. Meanwhile, Griff juggles pressure from his father with the pressure of competition, but is thrown for a loop from an unlikely source: Carrie.
Adrien's plans to build Whistler's first casino get put on hold when he learns that his brother, Peter, is back in town to stop him. Tension flares between Ryan and Jada over Adrien's casino deal, and Ryan starts to wonder whether it's possible to maintain a professional relationship when you're sleeping with the boss.



Road Trip

A news report on the Whistler Snowboard Team spawns contention between Quinn and Griff just before they travel with Carrie and Leah to a snowboarding competition in Washington State. From Carrie's car breaking down, to nearly getting busted for drugs while crossing the border, their trip doesn't look like it can get any worse... But could the road trip from hell be just what the doctor ordered to mend their broken relationships?
Meanwhile, Nicole's thrilled to be visiting a winery on behalf of Varland Resort. until Adrien shows up with the intention of turning the "business trip" into something more.
Jen's hesitant when Peter asks her to be the spokesperson for the Action Coalition opposing the casino development and Peter's determined to change her mind - not just about the Action Coalition, but about giving him another chance.



Rules of Attachment, Part 1

When Jen's position as spokesperson for the Action Coalition puts her in jeopardy, Derek is quick to protect her - and Jen finds herself enjoying his attention. But is Derek just being a good friend, or is he just trying to get her back?
Quinn is thrown for a loop when Leah admits she loves him, and his less than enthusiastic reaction threatens to crumble their relationship. Will he be able to say the words before Leah makes a move she can't undo?
Meanwhile, Adrien attempts to get his resort back by making his estranged father an offer he can't refuse - one that comes at a great expense to Adrien. Ryan discovers Jada is up to more than he could have imagined and has to wonder just what kind of person he's working for.



Rules of Attachment, Part 2


Jen starts to find Derek's attention a little claustrophobic, but she breathes a sigh of relief when Derek appears to take a shine to Nicole - how could she possibly suspect what he's really got planned?
Carrie struggles with the decision to tell Quinn the truth about Leah and Travis - a truth with potentially devastating consequences. While she weighs her friendship with Leah against her history with Quinn, Carrie realizes she might not be just trying to "do the right thing".
Adrien is compelled to visit his father for the first time in years when he learns that Jada has been interfering in his affairs. Despite Jada's best efforts to keep them apart, Adrien must find a way to get to his father, but will it be a warm reunion or will Adrien discover that some things never change?

Last Run

Quinn and Griff are neck-in-neck for the only position on the National Team. But when Quinn is injured, he must decide if making the team is worth the risk of never snowboarding again.
